How long does it take to receive a MyChart?

You will generally receive an answer within one to two business days. MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your physician's office if the situation requires prompt attention or call 911 if it is an emergency.

Where does MyChart come from?

Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor's office. Please contact your physician's office to correct any inaccurate information.

Why do we prescribe physical therapy?

If surgical intervention is not needed initially, we often prescribe physical therapy in an attempt to provide patients with improved movement, range of motion and strength to the afflicted area.

What to do after physical therapy?

After physical therapy, if there is little to no improvement after Physical Therapy, we may recommend a therapeutic injection like a cortisone steroid injection into the site. This possibility is true of such conditions as osteoarthritis.

Can an orthopedist monitor your progress?

When you come to our office, you’ll immediately feel at ease in the personal and comfortable setting of our physical therapy suites, where your orthopedist can drop in and monitor your progress whenever needed.
