It can be a little glitchy and I have trouble adding attachments sometimes. Not very pediatric friendly because missing appropriate growth charts and not templated for well visits. To add past history requires a fair amount of clicking around but I like that there are not pop ups.
I have used One Touch EMR for the last 6 months. I am excited about the versatility of the program and what One Touch brings to my practice. I have practiced in the inpatient and outpatient setting as well as post acute care. This system can accommodate all forms of practice. I look forward to the upcoming integrated practice management system.
