Impersonal and insensitive

My initial visit felt more like a study than an interaction between patient and doctor. My follow ups were through her assistant who was very nice. When I had to spend a few months across the country for an awful family tragedy, Dr. Karamlou would not speak with me over the phone or help me get my medication.

Dr. Karamlou is a fantastic rheumatologist. She is current on the latest medicines, research and treatment protocols. Two family members are under her care and they are doing great, thanks to her help. She is professional, prompt and cares about us.
