What can I do with my OMMP account?

* Note: You can use one account to view all Patient, Grower and Processor information connected to you. After creating an account, signing in, and connecting to their information, current OMMP growers can view card details, make growsite registration payments, and submit monthly inventory and transfer reports.

When do I get my OMMP report?

MANUAL REPORTS ARE DUE BY THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH FOR THE PRIOR MONTH'S TRANSFERS AND INVENTORY. NOTE: OMMP will not supply the grower monthly with a copy of the reports. Please print or copy as many copies of the reports as needed. The Oregon Medical Marijuana Online System is administered by OMMP.

How do I report my race/ethnicity/language/disability for OMMP?

See Information Bulletin 2021-06 for information on the Race, Ethnicity, Language, and Disability (REALD) Questionnaire that will be sent to OMMP patients. If you are required to report, you must use either the Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) - OR - the Oregon Medical Marijuana Online System (OMMOS).

How to submit an application for OMMP?

To submit an application for an OMMP processing site you must create an account and sign in. Create an Account. If you already have an account: Sign in. After you have signed in you can submit your application, make payments, upload documentation required by the OMMP, and submit monthly transfer reports.

Receipt Information

Beginning June 2, 2016, receipts are issued to applicants who submit a complete application per ORS 475B.415 (2). The receipt has the same legal effect as a registry identification card for 30 days following the date on which the receipt was issued.

What is the Oregon Medical Marijuana Online System?

Two reporting and tracking systems are in use for medical marijuana registrants. If you are required to report, you must use either: CTS - the Cannabis Tracking System, used to report daily and administered by OLCC, OR. OMMOS - the Oregon Medical Marijuana Online System, used to report monthly to OMMP.

Can you transfer medical records to a medical processor?

You are not transferring to a medical processor or dispensary.

Do you need to report CTS to OMMOS?

Either CTS or monthly reporting into OMMOS is required for most growers.

Does a medical marijuana dispensary have to report to OMMP?

OMMP Reporting and Tracking Requirements. Registered medical marijuana dispensaries, processors and certain growers are required to comply with reporting and tracking requirements. Some growers are exempt from reporting and tracking. See the grower section below for details.

How often do you have to renew your OMMP card?

Do not renew too early. The earliest you can renew is 90 days before your current registration ...

How long does it take to renew a medical card?

When it is time to renew, OMMP will mail you a renewal notice. This notice is sent 60 to 90 days prior to the expiration of your current registration card.

Do disabled veterans have to submit an attending physician's statement?

Note: Disabled Veterans who meet the qualifications in OAR 333-008-0040(2)(a) or (b) do not have to submit an Attending Physician's Statement annually to the program. See below for details.

After receiving your Patient & Caregiver Registry card, you may purchase medical marijuana from an Ohio dispensary that has received a certificate of operation by the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy. REPORTING ADVERSE REACTIONS

Anyone who may be experiencing serious or life-threatening issues should seek immediate medical attention. Patients and caregivers should report any adverse reactions to medical marijuana to the MMCP toll-free helpline (1-833-464-6627).

ABUSE PREVENTION

The misuse or abuse of medications or other drugs has serious consequences. There are resources available to help. If you or someone you know may be struggling with addiction, call 877-275-6364 for information and a referral.

Patient License Renewals
