They will be called your proxy. If you are in person at your clinic, you can fill out the required paperwork to add a proxy.

The Alexander Health Center (AHC) provides care and treatment of minor illnesses and minor emergencies for all full- and part-time students.
AHC’s certified nurse practitioner and nurses provide individualized treatment of minor illnesses and injuries and preventative care. Referrals are made for health problems requiring treatment or resources that exceed the Center’s capabilities.
The University of Tulsa requires all students to have current health insurance. The health center staff will bill the student insurance for fees incurred at AHC. Visit the Bursar’s office to enroll or waive student health insurance.
