How to link my neighborcare account?

How to link accounts: Step 1 – Log into your Neighborcare Health MyChart account. Step 2 – Click Profile and then click Link My Accounts. Step 3 – After the page loads, scroll down until you see a Search box. Use the Search box where you can look up their other MyChart organizations.

What happens if you enroll in MyChart before your appointment?

How long does it take for MyChart to release results?

Your lab results may not be ready yet, or are still being reviewed by your care team. MyChart will auto-release normal lab results within 72 hours of receiving the results.

When does MyChart remove proxy?

MyChart will automatically remove any adult proxy at midnight of the child’s 12th birthday. There are exceptions to the rule, such as adolescent patients that are developmentally impaired or differently-abled, or an emancipated teen.

What to do if you can't remember your password?

If you cannot remember your password, your password no longer works or you have too many unsuccessful log in attempts, you will need to reset your password. Please call your clinic to speak to a team member about getting your password reset.

How long is a Activation Code good for?

My activation code does not work on the app or website. Your activation code has probably expired. Activation codes are only good for 30 days. If your code has expired, please call your clinic to start the process to get a new one. You can get your new activation code via email, in the mail, or in person at a clinic.
