Good Starting Point

Very challenging but provided me with many skill sets. Growth within the company is a bit hard but with many years you will be able to move up. Very busy environment Multi tasking is a must

Fast paced clinic

Fast paced clinic with high volume of patients. A typical day goes by pretty fast! Management is not very efficient. The most enjoyable part is interacting with the patients.

it was a good place to work, people were fun to be around with, management was strict but fair. have no complaints about OBX. I really liked working there.

Not good for advancement

Honestly the doctors are great but overall management isn’t good. Management does not like change and does not take suggestions for change well. No protocols or training manuals are created to help new employee learn. There is favoritism and a massive amount of bullying to which management turns a blind eye.

management does not care about staff

works their staff like crazy and never gives praise only to say whats wrong. the turn over rate is high.

Love the Drs but not the office manager

Sadly, I would never recommend this place to work at, seeing as some management is unqualified for the position.

Fast paced, challenging environment

This is a 24 hour position. It can be extremely busy. I returned on a prn basis to help while new Nurse Practitioners were hired. I enjoy working for this company and in this environment, but no longer wish to work 24 hour shifts.
