We require all students to submit their medical forms using the Student Health Portal. Log in to the Student Health Portal through OberView using your ObieID and password.

Deadline Extended

Due to COVID-19, we will be flexible with the June 15 deadline for submitting your medical forms. However, Please let us know if you are unable to submit the forms before August 1, 2020.
