The patient portal is NOT for emergencies. In case you are experiencing symptoms or difficulties that require medical attention, we want you to receive the right care, at the right time, and in the right place. Call us first at your primary care physician’s office, we’re here to help.

Can I schedule or cancel an appointment through the patient portal?

(At this time you cannot schedule or cancel an appointment through the Patient Portal. For this, a telephone call to the office is still required). View your medical history. Medical History includes your Problem List, Allergies, Immunization Record, Lab Results, and Medication List.
