How do I get a Portal Registration Letter? You can obtain a Portal Registration Letter from our office during your visit or by phone at 404-255-3633. You will use the Portal Registration Letter to do a ONE TIME activation of your AWHG patient portal account. Please discard and destroy the letter to protect your personal health information.

The experience was good overall except the system went down on the date I visited the doctor office so the wait was super long, which is very inconvenient. The receptionist staff always tell me to do a urine sample every time I go to the office while my doctor says I don't need to do that. It's actually annoying sometimes.
My experience was perfect all around except one little detail. I wish Dr Marshall was available in the Alpharetta office more. :/ Love her and felt so comfortable with her throughout my pregnancy and she ended up being on call and delivering my first baby! It worked out perfectly.

The entire staff is always polite, patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr Marshall is the absolute best! The parking lot can get full quickly so try to get there early.
Doctor Marshall heared all my queries and patient history with patience and explain all my doubts. She is a wonderful doctor as well as nice person. I am happy to be in safer hand .
