To get to your patient portal, you’ll need to contact your medical provider’s office for the web address. They can also provide you with instructions on how to register and log in if you need them. How long does it take to schedule a preventive care appointment?from nsaha.com

Annual exams and routine preventive care can usually be scheduled within 30 to 60 days. We ask that you please give at least 2 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment so that we can use that time to accommodate other patients.
