What is a patient portal?

Access Eye’s optometrists examine all parts of the eyes, including the lens, optic nerve, pupil and retina. The examination will check your visual acuity at near, far and in-between distances, both with and without glasses. It will also test your eye’s depth perception, response to light and muscle movement.

What services does access eye offer?

Contact us to request access to EMA Patient Portal. When you enroll in our patient portal, you’ll gain access to: Review and update your medical records; Access lab results, notes, and educational handouts; Communicate with our practice; Request prescription refills; Patient Forms. As a new patient, we will need you to complete a few quick forms prior to your first appointment.

How do I create an account on the patient portal?

Patient Portal Access. Patient portals allow you access to different parts of your information with Northwest Eye Surgeons. Login to experience the features of each site. You must have a registered email address and security code in order to create an account on the patient portal. Please call us at 800-826-4631 to register your email address and to obtain the security code.

Dr. B. Adrian Biscombe was born in New York, New York but grew up in Northern Va. He is a graduate of The State University of New York State College of Optometry. His training also included externships at Capital Eye Consultants in Fairfax,VA. and the Brooklyn Veterans Administration Hospital in Brooklyn.

Hearing Specialist

Chris Adams is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. He completed a year-long apprenticeship prior to passing the state licensure exam on his first attempt. Chris is also a certified Ophthalmic Assistant and a licensed Optician. He has worked in the medical field for more than 10 years.
