You can use it view your medical record, record your health notes, view test results, communicate with your healthcare providers and more.
To protect your privacy, the access link will expire in 90 days. You will be asked to create a username and password to set up your account. Please store this information in a safe place. The username and password will be required each time you log in to the portal.
Don't forget to complete your account creation soon. The patient-specific access links in the email message will expire after 90 days for your security.
Retrieving your password can be performed online. When attempting to log in, simply click on "Forgot Password.". Type in your email address and the words displayed for verification . Upon successful verification, you will receive an email containing a link and a few steps to reset the password.
