What will happen to my Noyes health after March 4 2022?

After March 4, 2022: Notes and results from your visits with providers at Noyes Health will no longer appear in My Noyes Health Portal. Instead, your visits with providers at all UR Medicine-affiliated practices and facilities will be viewable in UR Medicine's MyChart portal.

If it's an urgent matter outside of office hours, please proceed either to Noyes Urgent Care at 50 E. South Street in Geneseo, or to St. James Urgent Care at 7309 Seneca Road N., Suite 103, in Hornell.
