How do I verify my identity as a Centra patient?

We appreciate everyone's patience during this transition and thank you for choosing Centra as your healthcare provider. Enter the information requested including your first name, last name, and date of birth. Click on the “Email address” tab and enter your email address. How to access old records on CentraHealthyU?

You can continue to access your old records by clicking on the “Click to access previous data” link below the HealthyU logo on the centrahealth.com website. This will allow you to log in to the old platform. You will not be able to message with your provider (s) until you have access to the new HealthyU so please contact the practice directly by phone if you need assistance. If you have additional questions you may also contact HealthyU support at CentraHealthyU@centrahealth.com . Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response.

What is HealthyU portal?

Along with this new EMR comes a newly-enhanced, user-friendly HealthyU patient portal. This optimized portal allows patients to stay connected with their healthcare team and access their personal medical information online anytime.
