Schedule a vaccine appointment online

If you are our patient you may schedule a vaccine appointment for anyone over the age of 12 by going here or by scheduling through your Patient Gateway account. Children under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. Please do not call your doctor's office with questions.

Community Care Van offering vaccines

The Mass General Brigham community care van visits cities on the North Shore (and elsewhere) on a weekly basis. The van offers vaccines to ages 12 and up. We post the schedule on our Facebook page.

How to create an account with OB-GYN?

If you are a new user, call (516) 472-5700 ; the staff at OB-GYN Associates will provide you with an access code to create an account. Follow this link and enter the access code you have been provided. Remember, the access code is only active until midnight of the day that it was generated. Follow the instructions to complete the member enrollment. Please note that date of birth must be in MM/DD/YYYY format. Once you agree to the terms and conditions and submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email. You must follow the link in the confirmation email to complete the account creation process and get access to the patient portal.
