How do I get medical information from North Kansas City hospitals?

The portal directs patients to “contact your physician” with questions. Patient must be 18+ to enroll in the patient portal. Patients must initially register onsite to gain access. Patients, 18 years old and older, who wish to participate will be issued a myhealth activation code during their registration. This code will enable you to login and create your own password. If you were not issued an activation code at registration, you may visit one of the following departments in the hospital.
