You have the ability to update your personal information, including insurance data. You do this by submitting the changes to our Admitting department. The update will not be reflected immediately, but will take up to 3 business days.
Patients, 18 years old and older, who wish to participate will be issued a myhealth activation code during their registration. This code will enable you to login and create your own password. If you were not issued an activation code at registration, you may visit one of the following departments in the hospital.
