How long does it take for a lab to be available in MyHealth?

If your lab test was completed during your stay at our hospital, it will be available in MyHealth 36 hours after discharge. If you went to one of our healthcare system’s affiliated labs on your own, those lab results will be viewable in MyHealth 96 hours after the tests are completed. Pathology results will appear in the patient portal 14 days after the results are in completed (or equivalent) status.

What if I forget to follow the email link?

You must follow the link to complete the registration process. If you do not complete the registration process within 90 days, the link allowing you to register will expire. You will then need to appear in person again to restart the process.

How to sign up for patient portal?

When you appear at a clinic or have a hospital visit, you will be asked if you would like to sign up for the patient portal. Provided you give us a photo ID and a valid email address, you will receive an email invitation with a link that connects you to another secure site where you set up your portal user account. Once you’ve followed the link you will be given directions on how to complete the registration process.

What is the patient portal?

The patient portal is designed for routine health management. It should not be used for emergency related questions. If you have an emergency or other urgent matter, call 911 or proceed immediately to the Trinity Emergency/Trauma Center.
