What's happening to the patient portal system?

As part of that project, the Hospital will be changing the patient portal system, which you currently use. The new patient portal system will allow you to access your records for both the Hospital and SJMH physician at one location.

What is the mymonhealth patient portal?

Welcome to the MyMonHealth patient portal, a private and secure online management tool, providing easy online access to part of your medical record. This access may also be granted to a parent or child of a patient. Look for lab results, radiology reports,discharge documents and patient instructions from your visits.

How many images can be uploaded to medical record?

An image can be uploaded with your message and added to your electronic medical record; maximum of 3 images, up to 5 MB.
