How long does it take to schedule an appointment with MyNAHealthcare?

On MyNAHealthcare, patients may schedule online appointments for sick visits. If you’re sick and need to be seen within 24-48 hours , you can schedule an appointment through the patient portal at one of our five primary care clinics. This applies to adult sick visits only.

Request for immunization records

To request a copy of your immunization records, please call the immunization desk at 928-523-6359 or log in to our website to print your records. Immunization records can be obtained via fax, mail, or in person at Medical Services. Be prepared to give a fax number and/or mailing address when you contact the immunization desk.
