How do I contact myuhealth?

myUHealth is an online secure tool provided by University Health to our patients to help them better manage their care and improve their overall healthcare experience. myUHealth can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year from any device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) with an internet connection.

Can I connect myuhealth to third-party health apps?

Looking for record of COVID-19 vaccination?

Individuals can fill out the Request for Official State of Missouri Immunization Records form and the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services will send a copy of the immunization record on file in ShowMeVax – our statewide registry. Or, email the completed form to ImmunizationRecordRequests@health.mo.gov or fax to 573-526-0238.
