To get to your patient portal, you’ll need to contact your medical provider’s office for the web address. They can also provide you with instructions on how to register and log in if you need them. Does LRH offer a patient portal?

We offer a Patient Portal for our LRH Physician Group (our doctor’s offices) and one for our Medical Center and hospital-based services. Those who are 18 and older can use these portals to safely access their health information and enjoy a number of other benefits.

What is the new MHS Genesis patient portal?

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.

Your portal enrollment card and medical record number are required to enroll in the Stamford Hospital Patient Portal.

Stamford Health Medical Group

You must visit your physician’s office in person to enroll in the Stamford Health Medical Group Patient Portal. Please call for office hours. To find out if your physician is part of the Stamford Health Medical Group, go to our Find a Doctor search.

Stamford Virtual Health Kiosk

In order to enroll, you'll need your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Pin. Your pin will be provided to you at your visit.

TOL Secure Patient Portal

The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
