How do I sign up for the WestMed patient portal?
Visit westmedgroup.com/mywestmed on your mobile desktop or browser. On the login page, click Sign up. When asked “Who will use this account? ,” click the Patient option and enter your registration information. After verifying your information and signing in, the Welcome page appears. You are now logged in to your NEW Westmed Patient Portal account.
How do I Reset my Password for the patient portal?

What information should I include in my Patient Portal email?
Note: In your email, please include your full name, date of birth, current address, the email address you provided when you registered for a Patient Portal account and the name of the last Westmed provider you have seen.
