What is the patient web portal and how do I use it?

We offer a Patient Web Portal through Eclinical Works for our patients. Through the use of this secure web portal, patients will be able to communicate with our office more efficiently. Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone.

How do I Reset my Password for the patient portal?

Click on “trouble logging in” on the sign-in screen of the portal. Complete the required fields to reset your password. Now you can securely access your Patient Portal account and manage your healthcare with the healow App on your smartphone anytime, anywhere. This service is still new and we are constantly updating areas.

How do I view my lab results on the portal?

Your labs will be listed individually by date. Just click on the name of the lab to see the value, a normal range and any notes your physician may have written. You may also print a copy of your results for your records. At this time, we are not able to post any diagnostic reports to the portal.

How long does it take to connect your health records to your preferred app?

Once we receive your request, we will be in touch (typically within three business days) with next steps.

What is the healow app code?

Access your patient portal online and on the app on mobile devices. The code for this location for the healow app is BDBHBA.

What to do if you forgot your password?

For security reasons, you'll need to provide some additional information. 3. Enter the following security information: Now type in your new password twice (case sensitive, so be careful!) 4. Click Submit.

Can you see lab results on a lab portal?

We can only display results of tests done at our preferred lab, and only when they are ordered by our doctors. If you have lab work done by another lab or another doctor, it will NOT be available on the portal.

Does the portal track immunizations?

The portal tries to track overdu e tests and immunizations, but it can only do this if the information has been entered into our system.

Can patients access the portal without difficulty?

The vast majority of our patients access the portal without any difficulty . So when problems occur, we are confident they are due to technical problems on the patient's side. Unfortunately, we are not trained to solve those problems. Please follow the suggestions on this website before calling for help. These are the same suggestions that our staff will offer.

Connect Your Third-Party App

Munson Healthcare now offers you the ability to securely connect your health records to some third-party websites, health management apps or diet/fitness trackers like Apple Health. Apple Health allows you to view your health records on you Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPod.
