Who can access a patient's medical information available through MyChart?

A patient's medical information available through MyChart will be accessible to staff members designated by your health care provider. The ways in which such information may be accessed, used or disclosed should be set forth in such provider's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

How do users get notified when new information is added to MyChart?

Users of MyChart will generally be notified via email when there is new or modified information to be viewed on MyChart, including medical, billing, and scheduling information. This means that any person with access to a patient's email account will be able to see this notification including your proxy (ies).

Are the terms and conditions of BJC HealthCare subject to change?

If you think something is missing or inaccurate, you should contact your healthcare provider directly. Minor children 12 years of age through 17 years of age (inclusive) will be eligible to participate in the MyChart services.
