Cerner Patient Portal provides a view into your Electronic Medical Record (EMR) which is maintained by your Provider and gives you a secure way to communicate with your Provider. Cerner Patient Portal is governed by these Terms of Use (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not establish a Cerner Patient Portal connection. How old do you have to be to use Cerner?
