My Baptist Connect
The My Baptist Connect website is a safe, private way for Baptist Health patients to stay connected to their personal health information. When you enroll in My Baptist Connect, you’ll be able to view: Helpful medical information from our online health library. Plus, you can enter your own health data and track your results over time.

MyChart is a free patient portal that combines your Baptist Health medical records into one location. The easy-to-use online tool helps you manage your health by connecting you with providers and giving you access to lab results, appointment information, video visits with providers, current medications, and more from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility, visit MyChart to get an activation code. Once you have your activation code, you can setup your username and password on the MyChart website .
To login to MyChart, visit mychart.baptisthealth.com. Once on the page, enter your username and password that you setup when your created your account and click Sign In.
After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question”
If you’re enrolled in our My Baptist Connect patient portal, you may soon be able to connect certain health apps to your personal health information.
