What can I do on the patient portal?

MyPennHighlands Patient Portal Online access to see your medical records, communicate with your doctor, view upcoming appointments, renew prescriptions and more. You will receive an email or text invitation to access the MyPennHighlands Patient Portal, it will contain your username and a temporary password.

My Penn State Health A patient will use this portal, if you have been hospitalized at Hampden Medical Center, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center. Most patients who attend a Penn State Health Medical Group in Dauphin and Cumberland counties will use this portal. Please call your outpatient clinic to verify.

If you need your health records from the “My eHealth” patient portal after January 3, 2022, please contact Penn Highlands ELK Medical Records at 814-788-8597. To access current information related to lab results, radiology results and other clinical documents, please access the new “My Penn Highlands” Patient Portal.

You can securely pay your bill online at myPennMedicine.org or with the myPennMedicine app. This feature lets you pay your Penn Medicine provider or hospital bills, review your payment history and statements, and send secure messages directly to customer service regarding bills or payment.
