The Lewis and Faye Manderson Cancer Center’s MyDCH Patient Portal provides you with secure online access to information about your cancer treatment. Through your Cancer Center Patient Portal, you can view your appointments and test results, complete health care assessments, access educational materials and view contact information for your care team from the comfort of your own home. The portal is designed for secure messages between your Provider, the Nurse and you. We take great care to ensure that your health information is safe and private, and we encourage you to keep your Patient Portal username and password safe. Our Patient Portal is fully compliant with federal and state law related to the privacy of health care information.

The patient portal is a secure web link that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to their health information from anywhere with an internet connection. Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as: health problems, allergies, immunizations, medications, lab test results, vital signs, radiology reports, discharge instructions and visit summaries. These can be downloaded and shared with other providers.

What to do if you forgot your password for Kimball Health?
