How do I request transportation from Onslow United transit system?

Onslow United Transit System (OUTS) can provide people with non-emergency transportation services through our Demand Response or Dial-a-Ride program. The OUTS hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. To request transportation, please call OUTS at (910) 346-2998.

Appointments can be anytime during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

New Patient Information

Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to ensure a smooth transition to our practice. Please bring to your appointment the following:

Late Appointment Cancellation Policy

If an appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, as well as no shows, will be charged a fee of $25.00.

Cell Phone Policy

Please do your best to silence your cell phones upon entering our practice to better serve you and our patients.

Prescription Refill Requests

Please allow up to 48 hours for prescription refill requests to process. You may request a refill by calling our office.

Insurance Policies Accepted

We accept most major insurances. Always check with your insurance company before selecting a physician.
