Can I view a family member's health record in MyCarle?#N#Independent users of MyCarle (anyone age 12 and over) can grant shared access, also called proxy access, to an adult child, parent, legal guardian, spouse, family member or other person of your choice. You can grant proxy access to your account in person at any Carle Physician Group location by signing a consent form and showing a valid photo ID. As the account holder, you are the only one who needs to be present to sign the form.

Can I use my medical records online in Illinois?

Patients 12 and over are considered independent users of online medical records by Illinois law and can be issued an account. Anyone 11 and under must have a parent or legal guardian responsible for their online medical record and will not be issued their own account.
