How to reset password if you forgot it?

If you remember your password, you can simply login, otherwise click the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password. If your information closely matches an existing portal account, you can verify your account by clicking on “Verify by Phone Number.”.

Can I share my patient portal account?

Due to new regulations, accounts cannot be shared. If your first and last name, gender, date of birth, zip code and email address exactly match an existing portal account, you will receive an email contgaining your user ID and a list of the medical practices with which you have an active patient portal account.
