OMC MyChart Olmsted Medical Center offers a patient portal called OMC MyChart. It offers many more features and is part of Olmsted Medical Center’s (OMC) Epic Systems, our electronic medical record and revenue cycle (bill pay) system. OMC MyChart can be accessed from a computer or a mobile device using an app. The app, called MyChart, can be downloaded for free from the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store/Android Market. Once downloaded, choose Olmsted Medical Center from the list of healthcare providers.
Once you receive your Patient Certification form from the physician, apply for your medical cannabis card in the registration portal. You will need to register for an account if you don’t already have one. Click the “REGISTER” button in the top, righthand corner. Complete the application in the registration portal .
