How do I download my Duke health?

When registering for the new portal: 1. Please call the office at 919-828-4747 to update your email address and resend the invitation. 2. Register under the name of the PATIENT (child).

On the same day of your visit to our office, please check your inbox for an e-mail from “PM Urgent Care Patient Portal” with your username, a link to the portal, and instructions to set it up. Please note that the username will be unique for each patient.
