What is MyHealth patient portal?

We also offer MyChart, an online patient portal that provides improved access to your medical records, test results, upcoming appointments, and more. The MVHC Team is comprised of nearly 500 staff and providers all committed to your health and well-being.

Patient Portals

Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) MyChart allows for secure online access to your electronic medical record (EMR). Important health documentation from your doctor is stored in MyChart and patients are able to find health information such as lab results, appointment information, medications, immunizations and more.

What is mhealth portal?

MHealth is the mobile version of our Patient and Consumer Health Portal, which offers secure and convenient access to your health information at your fingertips, on your mobile device or tablet. MHealth offers a wide range of results and features that allow you to better manage your and your family's care.

What is API access?

API Access. Beginning October 1, 2019, MVH will allow patients to access their health information through an application programming interface (API). Depending on the application chosen, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies or lab results.

Can a minor have proxy access in Pennsylvania?

For children ages 13-17, parents may have proxy access if the minor patient signs an authorization form. Once the child turns 18, your access to their my MVH record account is deactivated.

Can you copy and paste a password on MVH?

Yes. The my MVH record Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. Only you and those you designate can access your my MVH record Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.
