Poor service

While not seen by Dr Jones, she owns the practice . I was seen by PA Trimble. This review is based on the rude nature of the front office staff. You are treated like a number, very impersonal. I requested a call from my provider regarding prescription /medical questions. They insisted their providers do not call anyone back.

One Star

My wonderful Dr. Witters retired, so in search of a new family doctor I saw Michael Trimble. The staff is nice and cordial, at first I was impressed with the in depth testing, but I never received a call back to discuss abnormal lab results, I had to call them. I agree with other comments, they lack communication.

Compassionate and Down to Earth

Dr. Jones listens to your complaint and does not hurry through her appointments. She truly cares about her patients and I have only had good experiences with her. Her staff is pleasant to deal with. I plan my annual appointments ahead so that I can see the doctor, and call about 3 weeks ahead. I've not had any problem getting in to see her.

Dr Jones has been my husband's PCP for several years now. The last couple of years he has not seen Dr. Jones but one of the nurse practitioner which is fine. The problem with Dr.

Dr. Jones and her staff are all amazing!! They are kind and compassionate. If you are searching for a new medical doctor I would highly recommend her.
