Mount Carmel is a member of Trinity Health, one of the nation’s largest Catholic health systems. Our new patient portal is integrated with other member hospitals and providers from across the country. Mount Carmel changed its electronic health record system in October 2021.

Mount Carmel Medial Group has transitioned to a new patient portal, called MyChart, to better meet your needs. Any new visit information from October 9, 2021 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal. The Portal should never be used for urgent matters. If you have symptoms that may require medical intervention or treatment in a timely manner, please call the office 513-752-3650, call 911 or go to an emergency room, as appropriate under the circumstances. The Portal is not a substitute for appropriate and timely contact with your provider.

If you're not already enrolled, request access at your next office visit. Our office staff will ask if you prefer to receive a text or email invitation.

Privacy and Security

The privacy and security of your health information is very important to us. We will protect your information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Our Patient Portal secures the information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment. All communications occur over a secure connection.

Online Payments

The online payment function provided in the portal adheres to PCI Compliance guidelines, thereby providing some level of security for transmitted transactions and transaction data. These provisions protect your financial information, but should not be considered perfect.
