Online Bill Payment

We offer the convenience of online bill payment. Available day or night, the free service is always on. The system uses the latest security and encryption methods to complete your transaction.

In-person

If you are on or near campus, you may prefer to pay your bill in person. Our patient account representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. We accept cash, personal checks, credit cards (Mastercard, VISA, and American Express) debit cards, and health spending account cards.

By Mail

We accept checks and credit cards by mail. Please use the envelope provided along with your invoice for the fastest service. Please do not staple your check to the invoice. Allow ten business days for your payment to be processed.

By Phone

Payments are accepted by phone. Call 1-800-964-3968 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. It is best if you have your invoice or statement with you, but if you don’t, we can look up your information and assist you.

Diagnostics and Testing

MSU Health Care’s diagnostics are led by Imaging Services through the Department of Radiology, conveniently located within a modern, free-standing facility on campus, as well as other locations in the community We are able to provide patients with the latest technological imaging modalities, including Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), and Positron Emission Tomography (PET-CT) We also have full general diagnostic imaging capabilities with digital mammography, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, bone density scanning through dual-energy x-ray spirometry (DXA) and interventional services..
