The American College of Radiology (ACR) has created a list of topics/symptoms/diagnoses with associated Appropriateness Criteria for ordering Imaging exams. The question of "with contrast, without contrast, or with/without contrast" has always been a confusing topic in the field of Radiology especially involving CT and MRI.

For your convenience, you can preregister online for your visit or for a mammogram. If you preregister, all of your required paperwork will be ready when you arrive to check in at the appropriate registration site.
