How do I register with my clinic?

Must wear a mask at all times, in all facilities, including while in the patient room. Facility staff will provide a mask if the visitor or support person does not have one. MN Urology strongly recommends that patients and visitors wear a medical mask, droplet mask, or respirator. Must use hand hygiene frequently, and upon request by staff.
