Once an Orlando Family Physician Services staff member activaest your Patient Portal account, you will receive an email with your User ID and Temporary Password. NOTE: You will have 48 hours to activaet your portal Make note of your username and password, as you will need to enter them exactly(uppercase and lowercase) as they appear to login.
