How long does it take to get a call from a pre-admission nurse?

You will receive a telephone call from our Pre-Admission Nurse within two business days of your scheduled surgery/procedure. During that phone call, we will confirm your surgery date and time, review pre-operative instructions and review your medical history and current medications.

What is the phone number to cancel a surgery?

If you are going to be late or need to cancel, please call immediately at 610-273-5320.

Can you eat candy before surgery?

Do not eat anything after midnight the night before surgery. Do not chew gum or eat candy after midnight the night before surgery. Clear liquids (water, apple juice, black coffee NO cream) may be consumed up until three hours prior to arrival time. You may brush your teeth prior to your procedure.
