How will I be billed for MedStar Health Services?

You will be billed a consolidated patient balance statement (hospital and the majority of all MedStar-employed physicians). In addition, your insurance carrier (s) will send you statements (explanations of benefits) of their payments made to MedStar Health. These statements also outline any amount for which you may be responsible.
