This portal is for Middlesex Health personnel and affiliated staff only. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

Can I reset my username or password myself?

Yes! If you have forgotten your username or password, you can use self-service to reset either one.

When will Middlesex Health bill be available?

ON or BEFORE February 28, 2020. If your appointment or other visit to Middlesex Health occured BEFORE February 29, 2020, your bill will not be available in MyChart. You can still pay this bill online through our previous system, or you can pay by phone at 860-358-4870.

How to pay my bill on MyChart?

There are two ways to pay your bill through MyChart. You can log into your MyChart account and click "billing" or you can pay as a guest (no login required). Sign into MyChart Pay as a Guest. If you don't have a MyChart account but would like to set one up today, please click here.

Does Middlesex Health use Epic?

Middlesex Health uses Epic as our electronic medical record system. Epic creates a single medical and financial record for each patient—this means that you can pay your bill through MyChart, the patient portal powered by Epic. There are two ways to pay your bill through MyChart.
