What is the patient portal?

Recently Methodist Healthcare upgraded its patient portal to provide even more information for our patients and their caregivers. MYHealthOne is a secure online source for accessing health care information. The information is available online 24 hours a day from a desktop computer, laptop, table or smartphone. Planning Your Visit

There are no set visiting hours. Partners in Care and close family may be with patients 24/7. Other guests are welcome according to the patient's preference — including ICU and Critical Care — between 8:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. to respect quiet time and sleeping hours.

What is MyHealth One?

MyHealth One is a secure, personalized online environment that connects patients and caregivers to helpful tools and personal health records through SAHealth.com, Methodist Healthcare’s website.

What is the timing of clinical information viewable by patients in MyHealth One?

Transition of Care: Immediately. Content in the transition of care/summary of care isvisible to patients once the data has been delivered fromMEDITECH, which may be immediately after finalization in MEDITECH or upon discharge

How can my patients access MyHealth One?

Your patients can create an account today at www.SAHealth.com/MyHealthOne. They do not have to be an inpatient at our hospitals.

Please complete the Medical History Form. You may print and bring it with you or save and email it to angela.crossen@mlh.org

Location and Parking

We are conveniently located in the Medical Office Complex building directly across from Methodist South Hospital. Parking is available in the large parking lot in front of the building. Enter through the door located below the burgundy “Outpatient Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy” awning.

Is self enrollment available for dependents?

Note: Self-enrollment is not currently available for dependent children. If you are a parent or manage the health of a minor, talk to the child's provider during the next visit to receive an invitation to the portal. Talk with your Methodist provider or clinic staff about enrolling.

Can a child enroll in a hospital after 18?

No, after an enrolled child turns 18, the child’s information automatically drops off the parent’s patient portal account. The child will need to enroll as an adult by signing up in person, with photo ID, at his or her care provider’s office.
