Currently, there are eight Meridian residential programs located throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities. Our facilities span as far north as East Grand Forks and as south as Rochester. We offer specialized drug and alcohol addiction programs for men, women and the LGBTQ community.

CHEMICAL HEALTH ASSESSMENTS

Meridian Behavioral Health provides confidential Chemical Health Assessments at all of our outpatient programs by appointment. This service is a one-time visit used to determine diagnosis, recommendation, and/or referral for individuals having concerns regarding their substance use.
