Your patient portal will allow you to get information about your visit, laboratory results, medications list, allergies, list of health problems, blood pressure/temperature/heart rate, immunizations, family history and other information about your life that the doctor considers relevant to your health.

Call 240-964-8300 This includes information from your medical record at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center and the UPMC Western Maryland outpatient diagnostic centers. It does not include information from any physician offices.

How do I sign up for a new WMH account?

If you have a previously registered email address enroll here: my.wmh.org/SelfSignup If you do not have an email already registered with WMH, please download, print and fill out the form “Create myWMH Account” below. Return it to any WMH Registration desk or Medical Records. An email address registered with Wayne Memorial Hospital.
