Access Your History

Our Medical Records Department maintains the confidentiality of the records of thousands of patients. These records document lab and imaging reports, emergency visits, inpatient and surgical stays, and all other procedures the patient had while at our facility.

Make A Request

We ask that you make your request 24 to 48 hours in advance. A fee may be charged.

How long does it take for insurance to pay?

Your insurance company has 60 days to respond with payment. If there is a remaining balance after this time, the amount becomes your responsibility. Balances 90 days past due are subject to collection agency action unless prior arrangements are made.

Does Mercy Health pay Medicare?

Mercy Health participates with Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan and many other insurance payers . It is up to you to make sure you complete any claim forms and provide your insurance carrier with any information they may need to cover your claim.
