What is the MyChart patient portal?

How do I access myhealth@mercy?

The MyHealth@Mercy Patient Portal contains information specific to your medical records in Mercy Physician Network offices. Once logged into MyHealth, a separate link on the left navigation bar can take you to the login screen for MyHealth@Mercy. Enhancements are planned to merge the information into one system.

How do I get technical help with the patient portal?

What does it mean when you see an L next to your lab results?

If you see an “L” next to your lab result, this means your result is below the range of normal. If you see an “H”, this means your result is above the range of normal. For more information about what this means, please contact your healthcare provider.

How many characters are required for a password?

You will need to select a password that has at least 6 characters, at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number. If you have included an email address you can have the ability to reset your password at a later time through the reset password feature located on the login page.

Can you contact Trinity Health for username and password?

Our team will never contact you for your username and password. If you received a phone call from anyone asking for your MyHealth username and password, please contact the MyHealth Support team immediately at MyHealth@trinity-health.org
