What can I do in the patient portal?

Schedule Changes. Starting March 1, 2022 our Blacksburg office will resume evening hours. The Radford office will be open Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:00pm. The Blacksburg office will be open Monday-Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Weekend hours will continue to be in the in Radford office until further notice.

How do I access my test results on PM Pediatrics anywhere?

Sign into the your Patient Portal account. Tap or click on the registration task on your home page banner or select "Settings" at the top right hand side of your screen, and select "Add Child/Dependent" from the drop down menu. When prompted, enter the child or dependents PIN. Enter the child or dependents Date of Birth.

COVID 19 Vaccine

We are now ready to schedule COVID vaccines for patients ages 5-11. At this time, we are requiring patients be up to date on well care before the COVID vaccine can be scheduled. Due to a limited number of vaccines, patients will receive vaccines in a clinic with our nurses.

Schedule Changes

Effective September 27, 2021 the Blacksburg location will be open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The Blacksburg location will be closed on the weekends.

Update Phone System

We have updated our phones to better serve our patients. We will now have a phone tree in place to reach our various departments.

On the same day of your visit to our office, please check your inbox for an e-mail from “PM Urgent Care Patient Portal” with your username, a link to the portal, and instructions to set it up. Please note that the username will be unique for each patient.

You may send prescription refill requests directly to your provider via the patient portal. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for refill requests. If you have an urgent medication request, please call our office.
